As I was copy/pasting the skill changes I was making, I realized that there wasn't really much of a difference in the different villages' skill shops. So, I was thinking I could combine all of the lists into one which would be in the Shinobi Guild forums. I can tell you straight up, that if I was to combine the list, I would be much more likely to add new skills to the roster, as well as to fine tune any of the ones that need slight adjusting. You would still only be able to learn ninjutsu from your element, and the village exclusive moves would still be...village exclusive.
Keep in mind, this would only apply to the basic beginner skills. Advanced level skills will still need to be purchased from scroll merchants or skill trainers in other regions.
Also, if we made this change, I would also move the item shops to the Guild, which was of course REALLY persuade me to add the new shops with things such as Scrolls and Tags, as well as a myriad of new weapons and armors :S.
I was going to just make this change, but I thought I should make sure it's okay with you guys beforehand, since I know my updates aren't always greeted with enthusiasm xD.

Sounds fine to me.
But what's this about only learning skills from your element? And also, does village-exclusive mean that you have to be FROM that village to learn that skill, or just IN it?

Totally for it.
But I'm wondering the same thing as Gus.

Yes, until later levels, you can only learn skills from your selected element. I haven't decided yet what the EXP requirement will be but I plan to implement the Elemental Alignment system in the near future.
