Shove this puppy into the Main Header/Footer section of Headers and Footers in the Admin panel... and voila! You now have a moving affiliation panel.
Where it says SITE URL, insert the site url there, then, where it says SITE BANNER put the site banner code there, and where it says BANNER NAME put the- yeah. You get it.
